Bible Or Koran For Swearing-In

Keith Ellison, D-Minn., the first Muslim elected to the United States Congress, has announced that he will not take his oath of office on the Bible, but on the bible of Islam, the Koran.

He should not be allowed to do so — not because of any American hostility to the Koran, but because the act undermines American civilization.

Yet another attempt to undermine Christianity in Western Civilization.

I am astounded at the negative feedback Dennis Prager has received for speaking against this swearing in on the Koran. Your post is right: in America we stand on shaky ground. Too many are disregarding the principles that have made us great.
