Today is the feastday of St. Theresa of Avila. St. Theresa of Avila is a great saint, doctor of the Church, reformer, and mystic. Should anyone be interested in mysticism, they should NOT look to eastern religions. Look to Catholic mystics like St. Theresa. And if you have not read Interior Castle, you highly recommend it.
