The birds are busy tucking into the berries here.They look like Hawthorn berries but not sure if you have Hawthorn trees.

They may not be berries: they could be crabapples. But PLEASE do not quote me because I am so stupid about plants. But my bird tree is covered in “things” like that in the fall. They are all gone now: everybody that lives out there has eaten every last one up. I love photos of them too.
