My wife and I love coffee. For the longest time we were spending gobs of money on coffee that was darn good, but it was hard to justify the expense - especially in supporting a faceless company.
We found Mystic Monks Coffee and that is what we drink now. Mystic Monks coffees are actually roasted by real Carmelite monks in Wyoming. At first I wondered how good the coffee could be, but then we tried it. It is outstanding. We get great coffee, at prices less than you can get in the store, and help support monks.
My favorite is the Cowboy blend, my wife is partial to the Pascha decaf (which is flavored).
