Gene-engineered viruses build a better battery | Technology | Reuters
Researchers who have trained a tiny virus to do their bidding said on Thursday they made it build a more efficient and powerful lithium battery.
Is it just me or does anyone else think that this new kind of technology does not bode well for the future. There are at least two HUGE issues.
First, if they can get the viruses to build batteries, what else have they trained engineered them to do? Hmmm? Can anyone say weaponized? And if not yet, I am sure the gray matter behind the black ops thought about it faster than I did.If it
Second, anyone ever hear of the law of unintended consequences? Didn’t these guys watch the monster movies I saw when we were growing up? Scientist develops new technology, creature, or what have you only to learn that we can’t control these creations (or worse yet, evil minds turn them against us)? Did anyone else catch that?
