I am just becoming familiar with LOGOS software.  I recently purchased the version designed for Catholics available from Steve Ray at his site http://www.bibletheology.com/.  It is very powerful, but perhaps the biggest criticism is lack of Catholic content.  I suspect there are several reasons, an important one being critical mass.

LOGOS has started an effort to to adress the need for more Catholic materials (click here for the info).  Their current specifically Catholic content is available vie their Catholic Content Guide.

I have only recently started using LOGOS, and that is because I wanted more Catholic content first.  With this new effort, I took the plunge.  Perhaps you might consider as well.  The greater the demand for Catholic resources, the harder it will be to ignore it.

I will certainly keep you posted on my experiences with the product and the company.
